Staying in Balance Training

Please register to attend our Staying In Balance training, facilitated by Vibrant/CCSI’s Cristina Harris, MSW, Director of Training!
This workshop provides participants with tools to respond in healthy ways to the different levels of emotional distress that arise from the course of their day-to-day interactions. This is an opportunity for people to identify and discuss sources of stress in their lives and learn healthy ways to cope with that stress.
What will you learn? Participants will be able to:
– Understand common symptoms of stress and how it effects performance
– Create a self-care assessment and plan to stay mentally, emotionally, and cognitively balanced
– Learn how to identify telltale signs of stress
